HOW TO RING CABLE:
1. Loosen the large black knurled knob on the tool and move the silver lever to the “RING”
marking. Do not retighten the knurled knob yet.
2. Insert the cable into tool where you slit it and rotate the knurled knob on the top of the tool
to lower the wheel onto the cable. Ensure that the cable is seated well and that the wheel is
not too tight on the cable.
3. Tighten the large knurled knob, and the blade will puncture the cable jacket and will now be
ready for ringing (radial cutting).
4. Rotate the tool at least 360° around the cable to open the cable.
