Intended Use The Ironton Logging Sawhorse has serrated jaws that hold logs securely while using a chainsaw. The A side connection bar helps keep the set-up stable. Main Parts of Sawhorse Reference 1 2 Subassembly Saw Teeth Long and Short Supports Assembly Instructions ⚠WARNING Inspect all the components and tighten all the screws. 1 Assemble the saw teeth. 2 Add the supports with the ‘C’ channel facing outward.
3 Add the supports on the other side with the ‘C’ channel facing outward. 5 Add the bracing to both sides with the ‘C’ channel facing outward. Before Each Use ⚠WARNING Make sure the safety cross hook is firmly secured before each use.
Operating Instructions ⚠WARNING Do not exceed the rated load capacity or the rated length of log. For use a hard, level surface only. Check that the saw horse is stable before use. An unstable saw horse can tip over, causing injury. Place the wood on the logging sawhorse and cut the timber with a saw. Maintenance Maintain the product by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures.
