ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Good ventilation should be sufficient to control airborne levels of material.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
EYES AND FACE: Wear chemical splash goggles and face shield when eye and face contact is possible due
to splashing or spraying of material.
SKIN: Where contact is likely, wear neoprene or Viton chemical resistant gloves, a chemical suit,
rubber boots, chemical safety goggles and a face shield.
RESPIRATORY: Always wear NIOSH approved respiratory protective equipment when vapor or mists may
exceed applicable concentration limits.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING: Long sleeved clothing should always be considered when handling chemical
substances.
WORK HYGIENIC PRACTICES: Facilities storing or using this material should be equipped with an
eyewash facility and a safety shower.
Good personal hygiene practices should always be followed. Keep away from food, drink and animal
feeding stuffs. When using, do not eat, drink or smoke. Hands and any other exposed area should be
washed thoroughly with soap and water after contact. Regular laundering of contaminated clothing is
essential to reduce indirect skin contact.
