Limited Lifetime Warranty
Residential End-user Use:
The Agency ACBH warrants all products (“Products”), to be free of defects in material and
workmanship that would impair their intended normal residential use for as long as the original
purchaser owns his or her home where the Products was originally installed. This Residential
End-user warranty applies only to Products purchased for residential use having defective
material or workmanship and NOT normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, or abuse.
Commercial End-user Use:
The Agency ACBH warrants all Products, to be free of defects in material and workmanship that
would impair their intended normal commercial use for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
This Commercial End-user warranty applies only to Products purchased for commercial use
having defective material or workmanship and NOT normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, or
abuse.
Exclusive Remedy:
In the event a defect in a Product’s material or workmanship is found after normal use, The
Agency ACBH will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment to the
Product. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice, must be provided to The Agency ACBH with all
warranty claims. The Agency ACBH is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other
incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of The Agency ACBH exceed the
purchase price of the Products.
To make a warranty claim, contact The Agency ACBH, either (1) contact a consumer service
representative at 1-877-542-2211, or (2) write to the consumer service department c/o, The
Agency ACBH, 6 Dickinson Drove, Building 200, Suite 218, Chadds Ford, PA 19317 USA, or
(3) email The Agency ACBH’s customer service department by going to
www.theonlyagencyrep.com, or (4) contact the store where the Product was purchased. Please be
sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description
of the problem, the Product, model number, date the Product was purchased and from whom the
Product was purchased. A defective Product may require inspection and proof of purchase.
THE AGENCY ACBH IS PROVIDING THIS WARRANTY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE AGENCY ACBH DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
The Agency ACBH has the right to discontinue or modify any Product at any time. Some states
do not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty applies only for The Agency ACBH
products installed in the United States of America.
