SETTING UP YOUR CHAT HEADSET 1 Insert the Chat headset’s 3.5mm audio plug into the PS4/PS5 controller audio output jack. Navigate to Settings>> Devices>>Audio Devices. Set Input & Output devices to headset connected to controller. Set Output to headphones to chat audio. Select Adjust microphone level and follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate your microphone. WARNING: Extended exposure to high volumes when using your headset may result in permanent hearing loss.

MIC MUTE 1 Mic Boom up to mute. 2 Mic Boom down to unmute. 3 Mic can rotate 180 degrees for left or right ear placement.

TROUBLESHOOTING This is a mono headset and not intended for stereo sound. If you encounter problems, try the solutions below: No sound from your headset. • Check that 3.5mm plug is securely connected to the controller audio output jack . • Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device. • Check that the volume dial is not turned to minimum. Your Mic is not transmitting sound.
