DUTCH 120 Bedieningspaneel In-/uitschakelen van de afzuiger in de kookplaat. Drukken om in te schakelen. Opnieuw drukken om uit te schakelen. Bij inschakeling van de afzuiger in de kookplaat wordt de afzuigunit standaard in de automatische modus geactiveerd en gaat de led branden. Tik (druk) op de selectiebalk om de automatische modus uit te schakelen en de ventilator van de afzuiginrichting in de handmatige modus te gebruiken. De led gaat uit.
DUTCH 121 Stop&Go / Nieuwe start Met deze functie kan elke actieve functie van de kookplaat worden gestopt/opnieuw gestart en wordt het vermogen van de kookzone op nul gesteld. Druk op de toets om de functie in te schakelen, druk er opnieuw op en breng de aangegeven cursor volledig van links naar rechts (in de buurt van de pauzefunctie ) om hem uit te schakelen. Opmerking: als na 10 minuten de pauzefunctie niet is uitgeschakeld, dan gaat de kookplaat automatisch uit.

Met de selectiebalk van de hoofdzone kan de vermogensstand worden geselecteerd. Herhaal de activeringsprocedure om de gecombineerde kookzones los te koppelen.

DUTCH 125 Dagelijks gebruik Inschakeling van het apparaat Houd een seconde lang ingedrukt om het apparaat in te schakelen. - Op alle displays van de vermogensstanden knippert de indicatie ‘0’ - Als er geen andere selecties worden verricht, gaat het apparaat om veiligheidsredenen na 10 seconden uit. Selectie van een kookzone Druk op ‘0’ naast de balkcursor van de kookzone en schuif de vinger om de cursor te verschuiven en de vermogensstand in te schakelen.
DUTCH Instellingen Smelten, Warmhouden en Sudderen Met de smeltfunctie is het mogelijk levensmiddelen te ontdooien of boter, chocolade of honing zachtjes te laten smelten. De instelling Warmhouden houdt het bereide voedsel op een temperatuur van ongeveer 74 °C. De instelling Sudderen houdt het bereide voedsel op een temperatuur van ongeveer 92 °C. Bij de instelling Sudderen kan op laag vuur worden gekookt om de voedingswaarde van de levensmiddelen te behouden.
