Wash it in the sink with warm water and soft detergent, or using a soft cloth well wrung out in warm water. Carefully dry the cast iron broiler before placing it back in its position on the hob. Caution! If you remove the steel protection pan under the heating element for a more thorough cleaning , ensure the protection pan is placed back in its correct position.

FRANÇAIS Protégez les surfaces de la découpe du plan de travail contre l'humidité en y appliquant le joint présent dans le sachet des accessoires fourni avec l'appareil. Le joint comble les fentes entre le plan de travail et l'appareil. N'utilisez pas de mastic d'étanchéité en silicone entre le plan de travail et l'appareil. Évitez d'installer l'appareil à proximité d'une porte ou d'une fenêtre : vous risqueriez de renverser les récipients lors de l'ouverture de celles-ci.
