ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Markisol USA, Inc. extends the following 1 (one) year warranty to the original purchaser
of the roller shade product. The 1 (one) year warranty is valid from the date of purchase
and proof of purchase is required, The product should have been properly installed per the
installation instructions in the window it was intended for.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, flaws in product design, materials, or
workmanship that causes the product to no longer operate or function under normal use.
If the product is sold by original buyer warranties are forfeited. If your product is
defective during the warranty period, Markisol USA, Inc. will repair or replace the
defective product. Markisol USA, Inc. will not be held responsible for user inflicted
installation errors, as well as, reimbursements for any cost in conjunction with exchange
or installation of the warranted product or products.
