WARRANTY
IDS, LLC.’s [IDS] LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
IDS warrants, to the purchaser (or in the case of a gift or promotional situation, the person for whom it was purchased as a
gift or promotional item), that the Invisible Door Stop product is free from defects in material and workmanship. IDS
warranties its entire line of door stops. IDS warrants that our door stops will operate in their designed function for the time
specified above. IDS does not warranty the product for loads put on our door stops nor the abuse or incorrect installation
of our products. IDS warranties the durability of our products to fold, flex and provide reasonable restriction to your doors,
not abuses by slamming, wind, overloads (either accidental or purposeful), leaning, falling into, etc. IDS warranties its
products for reasonable and standard uses only. Use as directed. Although no specification is written into this warranty
describing what doors can be stopped with IDS products, it is implied that IDS will warranty all products from failure
against standard and reasonably sized doors, both in residential and commercial applications within common standard
practices. The above warranty only applies if the owner takes reasonable care by following all of the provided
installation instructions and provided usage instructions, unless the owner can prove that the defect or failure is
independent of non-compliance with the above mentioned obligations.
OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES / WARRANTY HANDLING / EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
If you believe that you have a product which is covered by this warranty and the retailer which you purchased the
product from does not recognize or participate in IDS’ warranty program, please contact IDS through its website,
www.idsconcepts.com, to deal with IDS directly. IDS will, upon investigation of your claim and with a proof of purchase
receipt from the retailer received will replace your product directly. In the situation described above, IDS will only
replace the defective product, not reimburse any purchase amount. IDS may ask you to return the defective parts to IDS
for inspection, shipping charges to be pre-paid.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners, except in the case
of gifts and promotional items as noted above. The above warranty only applies if the owner uses the door stops for their
intended purposes within reasonable conditions. The owner must use the designated sized product for the door being
stopped and follow the instructions provided with the product. Not following the instructions and recommendations
provided by IDS will void this voluntary warranty. This warranty is also void if failure of our product is the cause of abuse,
misuse, alteration, modification, misapplication, vandalism, neglect, improper installation and failure to follow all
included instructions. If you have lost or misplaced instructions for your door stop, instructions are available at our
website, www.idsconcepts.com.
DISCLAIMERS
IDS may in the future change the design of its products. Nothing contained in this warranty shall be construed as
obligating IDS to incorporate such design changes into previously manufactured products, nor shall such changes be
construed as an admission that previous designs were defective.
You assume the risk and liability for loss, damage, or injury to you and your property arising out of the misuse or abuse of
the product or failure to follow instructions provided. Apart from this warranty and disclaimers as described in this
warranty statement, there are explicitly no further warranty or voluntary declarations of liability given here which go
beyond the statutory liability applying to IDS. The present warranty statement also does not limit or exclude situations or
claims where IDS has mandatory liability as prescribed by statute.
This warranty is provided by IDS to ensure the customer has the right to return any defective products for a replacement.
In no event under this voluntary warranty shall recovery of any kind be greater than the amount of the purchase price of
the IDS product sold.
