tosortbythatcolumn.
MAKEEMPLOYEES INACTIVE
MakinganemployeeinactiveremovesthemfromtheEmployeeListandhidestheemployeedatafromthe
reports,theirpunchdataremainsstoredinthetimeclock.
Tomakeanemployeeinactive,deselectthecheckboxinthefar‐leftcolumn,clickSubmit.
Toselectallemployees,andmake
themactive,clickonSelectAll.
Tomakeallemployeesinactive,clickSelectNone.
Toshowinactiveemployees,clickontheShowInactiveoption.
