Maintenance
Introduction
WARNING: Before you do any maintenance
work you must read and understand the
safety chapter.
Maintenance schedule
* = General maintenance done by the operator. The
instructions are not given in this operator's manual.
X = The instructions are given in this operator's manual.
O = The instructions are not given in this operator's
manual. Let an authorized service agent do the
maintenance.
Note: If more than one time interval is marked in the
table, the shortest time interval is for the first
maintenance only.

Make sure that nuts and screws are tightened *
Make sure that there are no fuel or oil leaks *
Clean as given in
To clean the product on page 20

Clean under the cutting deck X
Clean around the muffler X
Make sure that the engine cooling air intake is not blocked X
Make sure that the hydraulic oil cooler is not blocked, RC 320Ts
AWD
model only

Make sure that the safety devices are not defective X
Examine and test the brakes *
Make sure that the sensor for collector full works correctly X
Do a check of the engine oil level X
Do a check of the oil level in the transmission X
Do a check of the steering wires X
Examine the blades in the cutting deck X
Clean the cutting deck, under the belt covers and under the cutting
deck

Examine the headlights X X
Make sure that the tire pressure is correct X X
Do a check of the parking brake X
Change the engine oil X X
Change the oil filter X X
Clean the air filter X
Change the air filter X
Change the fuel filter X
Clean around the sensor for collector full X
