Set
the
sewing
pitch
at
(M-2).

Place
the
presser
foot
(M)
Set
the
lever
at
(M-2)
and
close
the
front
cover
and
cloth
plate
cover.
Position
the
presser
foot
just
under
the
holder.
Then
lightly
holding
the
presser
foot
by
your
left
hand,
lower
the
presser
foot
lever
so
that
the
holder
catch
the
presser
foot.
Position the
needle to
its lowest by
turning the
pulley
clockwise
and
place
the
curling
stitch
presser
foot
(M)
as
illustrated.

Check
the
secure
attaching
by
rasing
and
lowering the
presser foot
lever.
