PIPING
FOOT
(Part
No.
11658)
Prepare
a
piece
of
ready-made
piping
(corded
bias
fold
tape).
Place
piping
between
seam
edges
at
seam
line.
The
piping
feeds
smoothly
in
the
groove
on
the
bottom
of
the
foot.
Stitch
the
seam.
Braid
or
ribbon
may
also
be
used,
either
flat
or
folded
braid
can
be
used
in
straight
seams.
Use
for
decorating
edges
of
collars,
cuffs,
pockets,
etc.

SEWING
FOOT

1.
Remove
moving
cutter.
2.
Remove
right
needle
and
use
narrow/rolled
hem
needle
plate.
3.
Replace
regular
presser
foot
with
pearl
sewing
foot.
4.
Set
stitch
length
at
4
to
5
depending
upon
the
size
of
pearl.
5.
Fold
fabric
along
a
line
to
be
stitched
with
pearl
chain.
Feed
the
folded
edge
through
the
fabric
guide
in
the
front
of
the
foot.
6.
place
pearl
chain
on
pearl
guide.
Try
a
stitch
(or
several
stitches)
on
a
spare
piece
of
the
actual
fabric,
and
adjust
the
fabric
guide
by
means
of
the
small
screw
driver
on
the
top
of
the
foot.
7.
When
correctly
set,
start
to
sew.
