You can check the device file and LDEV numbers for device files constituting a fi le system by issuing the
horc_devlist command in the NAS package in which the P-VOL is connected (see Table 46). Compare
this with Table 45. For information about the horc_devlist command, see the NAS Backup Restore
User's Guide.

After checking the RAID Manager XP configuration definition file, stop RAID Manager XP in both the
NAS package in which the Continuous Access XP Journal P-VOL is con
nected and in the NAS package in
which the S-VOL is used (see Table 49).

Manually save the NAS OS LU to save the configured RAID Manager XP configuration definition files. For

Cascade configuration of Continuous Access XP Journal and Business Copy XP
In the NAS Blade system, you can use the Continuous Access XP Journal and Business Copy XP pair file
systems in a cascade configuration. In a cascade configuration, you can prepare for disaster scenarios
where, for example, you cannot recover the file system from the Continuous Access XP Journal S-VOL by
