1 Disconnect the power cable from the product, wait at least 30
seconds, reconnect the power cable, and then wait for the product
to initialize.
2 If the error persists, replace the formatter.
1 Open the top cover, and remove the toner cartridge.
2 Pull the sealing tape tab to remove the strip.
3 Reinstall the toner cartridge, and then close the top cover.
