the cause:
1. Check the
permissions of the
logged-in user.
2. Refresh the
window.
3. Make sure that
HDLM and Hitachi
Command Suite
Common Agent
Component are
operating properly
on the host.
If the problem still
persists, collect the
diagnostic information
and contact the
Support Center.
