command to verify whether
information is registered about the
server whose name is set for the
auth.server.name attribute in
exauth.properties.
3. If STARTTLS is used, verify that
SSL is set.
4. If OCSP is enabled, verify that the
certificate is valid.
5. If the problem cannot be resolved,
detailed investigation is required
to determine the cause and
resolve the problem. Contact the
support center, who may ask you
to collect troubleshooting
information.
For RADIUS:
1. Use the host, port, and protocol
set in exauth.propertiesto verify
whether the external
