The library provides an API for accessing base/full VxFS 3.5 header file information because the header files are no longer public. See the vxfsu_get_ioffsets(3) manual page for details.

The swinstall command installs base/full VxFS manual pages in the /usr/share/man/fs/vxfs3.5 directory, and symbolic links to the VxFS manual pages in the /opt/VRTS/man directory. The /usr/share/man/fs/vxfs3.5 directory is automatically added to /etc/MANPATH when base/full VxFS 3.

Add this directory to the end of your PATH environment variable to access the commands. NOTE The base/full VxFS 3.5 vxtunefs command is installed in the /sbin/fs/vxfs3.5/bin directory. This directory is automatically added to /etc/PATH when base/full VxFS 3.5 is installed.
