HP StoreOnce B6200 Backup System User Guide: This guide contains detailed information
on using the Web Management Interface. It also contains troubleshooting information, including
details on replacing failed or failing hard disks.
HP StoreOnce B6200 Backup Installation Planning and Preparation Guide: This guide provides
the information that the customer needs to ensure everything has been defined and made
ready for the HP engineer who attends on site to install the HP StoreOnce B6200 Backup
system.

Customer self repair
HP customer self repair (CSR) programs allow you to repair your StoreOnce product. If a CSR part
needs replacing, HP ships the part directly to you so that you can install it at your convenience.
Some parts do not qualify for CSR. Your HP-authorized service provider will determine whether a
repair can be accomplished by CSR.
