name is always fspf_q. The queue ID and message type can be any of the following:
• 2 - MSG_TX
• 3 - MSG_INTR
• 4 - MSG_STR
• 6 - MSG_ASYNC_IU
• 7 - MSG_LINIT_IU
• 8 - MSG_RSCN
• 9 - MSG_IOCTL
• 10 - MSG_ACCEPT
• 11 - MSG_IU_FREE
• 12 - MSG_US
• 13 - MSG_EXT_RSCN
• 14 - MSG_RDTS_START
• 15 - MSG_RDTS_SENDEFP
• 16 - MSG_RDTS_RESET
