Configuring a Single Controller Using CLI

To configure a single controller using CLI involves the following processes:

■ Establish Controller Connection

■ Configure Controller Settings.

■ Set This Controller.

■ Set Time and Verify all Commands.

■ Plug in the FC Cable and Verify Connections.

■ Repeat Procedure for Each Host Adapter.

■ Verfify Installation.

Establish Controller Connection

1. Establish a serial data connection to the RAID system Controller A from your host.

2. From the CLI prompt, enter:

SHOW THIS_CONTROLLER FULL

The current configuration of your RAID HSG80 controller will display.
