2. In the Navigation pane, select the storage system you want to upgrade.
The properties window for the selected storage system opens.

3. Click Code load.
The Code Load Storage System-Page 1 window opens.

4. Insert the installation CD-ROM.
5. Click Browse and select the file containing version VCS 3.110 of the storage system software
from the installation CD-ROM:
• EVA3000 – Select either the \\HSV100\3110\100_3110.SSS or
\\HSV100\LATEST\HSV100.SSS file (the files are identical).
• EVA5000 – Select either the \\HSV110\3110\110_3110.SSS or
\\HSV110\LATEST\HSV110.SSS file (the files are identical).
