Version: 4.50 Description This release includes updated firmware for the HP StorageWorks MSL2024 Tape Library. The firmware can be updated through any of the following methods: • Remote management interface (RMI). • Operator control panel (OCP) using a USB flash drive. • HP Library and Tape Tools (L&TT). This issue was introduced by firmware version 4.40 and is corrected by version 4.50. • Fixed a case where System Error D7 23 could be returned during a drive firmware upgrade when the final package from the download file was not a full package. • Fixed a case where loading a tape cartridge into the Library resulted in an error message when the Library did not fully insert the cartridge in the tape drive. In version 4.40, an F4 98 Drive Load Timeout error was reported.
