Matrix infrastructure orchestration supports provisioning a Linux VM on Hyper-V, but IO does not personalize the VM.
After provisioning, you must personalize the Linux VM. See the HP Matrix Operating Environment 7.3 Release Notes for
information about Enabling Matrix infrastructure orchestration provisioning support of Linux VMs on Hyper-V and Skipping
automated OS customization.
7
This hypervisor supports Windows 2012 Standard and Datacenter Editions as a guest with a patch downloaded from
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2744129.
8
Insight Control server migration, HP insight orchestration and VMM only support Generation 1 VMs.
9
For Matrix infrastructure orchestration, only the VMware AutoDeploy method can be used for full automation. Customers
can also choose to manually install or manually deploy through Insight Control server deployment or Insight Control
server provisioning.
10
SIM will not install management agents on ESXi 5.0.
11
To support Windows 2012 guests on these hypervisors, see the KB article at http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/
