A product error has occurred where a
memory tag CPU error was detected, or there
is a problem with the air sensor or power
supply.
To resolve problems with the power supply:
1. Remove the product from any UPS
supplies, additional power supplies, or
power strips. Plug the product into a wall
outlet and see if this resolves the
problem.
2. If the product is already plugged into a
wall outlet, try another power source in
the building that is independent of the
one currently being used.
The line voltage and current source at the
product location might need to be inspected
to ensure that they meet the electrical
specifications for the product.
If the message persists, contact an HP-
authorized service or support provider.

A temporary printing error occurred. 1. Turn the product off and then on.
2. If the message persists, contact an HP-
authorized service or support provider.

attempting to lift the tray designated by X.
1. Open the tray and remove the paper.
2. Open the guides and look for any torn
pieces of paper or foreign objects inside
the tray.
3. Replace the paper and close the tray.
4. Turn the product off and then on.
5. If the message persists, contact an HP-
authorized service or support provider.

found. The product software system is
corrupt.
1. Turn the product off and then on.
