6 Replace the entrance cover and close tray 1.
7 Reinstall the print cartridge and close the top cover.
8 If a jam message persists, there is still jammed paper in the printer.
Look for the jam in another location. (See “Jam locations” on
page 96.)
If you are using a non-HP print cartridge, the message
NON HP
CARTRIDGE DETECTED
might appear on the printer control panel display.
