This trap is generated when an event occurs with a level that is at or below “swEventTrapLevel
1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.8.1”.
Each trap recipient has a configured severity level association. Whenever an error message is
generated at or above that configured severity level the recipient is notified of the event.
This trap is generated for all RASLog messages. From Fabric OS v4.4.0 this trap is only generated
for external RASLog messages.
