HP Designjet ePrint & Share and HP Designjet ePrinters
Why can't I use HP Designjet ePrint & Share from my HP Designjet T2300 eMFP?
If you have an early model of the HP Designjet T2300 eMFP (one purchased prior to 2012), you may
need to complete an additional step to set up web services:
Get your printer's IP address by pressing on your printer's touchscreen, and then select
Network Information.
Next, from your PC, open a new web browser and enter your printer's IP address into the
browser's address bar.
Once the HP Embedded Web Server opens, select the Set-up tab and click Firmware Update.
Check your printer's firmware version in the Manual Firmware Update tab. (See Figure 1)
If the firmware version does not start with "ZL," you can continue with the standard printer
setup process.
If the firmware version starts with "ZL," select Click Here to download the latest firmware
version. Add the .fmw file to the Browse box and then click Update. Once you have updated the
firmware, you can continue with the standard printer setup process. (See Figure 1)
If you already have web services set up on your HP Designjet T2300 eMFP, contact the support
team.
