Why isn't my printer listed in the HP Instant Printing printer list?

If you do not see your printer in the list, first check that HP Instant Printing supports your printer

model. To add your printer:

 Select the Print tab.

 Click the (+) button next to the Printer List.

 Choose a printer by a General Search, IP Address, or Host Name.

NOTE: If the printers are more than two routers away, you will not be able to find them by General

Search.

Does HP Instant Printing support printing in grayscale?

HP Instant Printing provides the option to print in grayscale, although that option may not be available

for all printers.

How can I preview a multi-page document from HP Instant Printing?

Double-click the document name to see a list of pages.

Why do the colors in my prints look different when I print from the HP Instant Printing

compared with when I print from the driver?

HP Instant Printing does not offer the color management options the HP Designjet driver offers. If you

need these options, you must use an HP Designjet driver.
