Click Printer Usage Report to open a screen that provides information about print jobs that have been
sent to the HP Color LaserJet 3000 printer. The Printer Usage Report screen has three tabs:

To export the printer-usage report into a file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel or other database
software program, follow these steps:
1. Click File.
2. Click Export.
3. Select the file format that you want to export the printer-usage report in, and then click OK.
