15 Accessibility features
HP designs, produces, and markets products and services that can be used by everyone, including
people with disabilities, either on a stand-alone basis or with appropriate assistive devices. HP’s
accessibility initiative includes training and educating employees on issues related to accessibility,
enhancing HP products to meet the established accessibility standards, and incorporating these
standards into our development and quality assurance processes. As part of that initiative, we are
constantly refining the accessibility of our products and services and welcome active feedback from
users. If you have an issue with a product or would like to tell us about accessibility features that have
helped you, please contact us at (888) 259-5707, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time
until 9:00 p.m. Customers who are deaf or hard of hearing who require technical support, or who have
accessibility questions and who use TRS/VRS/WebCapTel, please contact us at (877) 656-7058,
Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time until 9:00 p.m.
