Probable Cause Indicates that the supportSave command was used to transfer support information to a remote
FTP location.

ftp operation to host IP address
<host ip> aborted.
Probable Cause Indicates that an FTP error occurred during execution of the supportSave command. Complete
error information cannot always be displayed in this message due to possible errors in
subcommands being executed by the supportSave command.

Action
Check the FTP server and settings. Run the supportFtp command to set the FTP parameters. After
the FTP problem is corrected, rerun the supportSave command.
