Jam in Tray 2 or Tray 3
1. If the optional Tray 3 is installed, pull out Tray 3 and place it on a flat surface. If the
jammed paper is visible, remove it from Tray 3.
2. If the paper is not visible, check inside the printer in the top of the tray opening. Remove
any paper.
3. Pull out Tray 2 and place it on a flat surface.
