Maintenance instruction
1. Avoid staining the product with oil stains, ballpoint pens, ink, etc. If you find stains on it, please
immediately clean it with professional cleaner. If there is no, you can use a clean white towel with
a little alcohol to gently wipe the stain, then dry it with a dry wet towel, and finally use protective
care once.
2. Please do not rub sharp objects on surface to keep it bright and cause the thread to fall off or
damage the cover. If there is any damage, please contact a professional manufacturer for repair.
3. Daily cleaning of the product uses a dry towel to gently wipe the dust. If the it is often wiped
with a damp towel, moisture will penetrate into the seat, causing the seating to harden and
reduce the life of the product. Do not use strong decontamination products (such as washing
powder, gasoline, rubber water, etc.) to clean the furniture to avoid discoloration and hardening.
4. Keep away from humid environment. Do not place the product in a humid place, otherwise it
will be moldy and affect the service life.
After-sales service matters:.
1. Warranty of internal structure 1 year, surface appearance fabrics are not covered by warranty.
2. The company can provide the service of returning to the manufacturer for repair if the
specified time limit is exceeded or the damage is artificial. But we need to charge freight and
material cost.
3. The product quality guarantee period is subject to the date of purchase; please keep the
receipt voucher properly.
