Use the included adjustable levelers to level. i STEP 1 Insert Cam Lock Screws into per-drilled holes in Top (A), Side Panels (B), (C), Front Rails (E), (F), oN Back Panels (H), {) and Bottom (G), then tighten.
( Assembly Instructions 3/10 ) STEP 2 Assemble Back Panels {H) and {) with Cam locks. {See Figure 1) STEP 3 Attach Divider (D} to unit with Cam Locks. Attach Front Calls (E), (PF) to unit with Cam Locks.
Assembly Instructions 4/10 Attach Side Panels (B) and (C) to unit with Cam Locks. Attach Bottom {G} to unit with Dowels, Cam Locks and 2" Round Head Screws.
( Assembly Instructions 5/10 ) STEP 6 Attach Feet {J) and Support (K} to unit. 27 Round Head Screw STEP 7 Turn unit over to its’ upright position. Attach Top {A} to unit with Cam Locks and 2" Round Head Screws. Note: A Philips screwdriver 5" or less in length is recommended. Level unit by adjusting the adjustable levelers on bottom of unit. {See Figure 2) Note: Unit must be level to proceed.
( Assembly Instructions 6/10 IMPORTANT » To help reduce the risk of the unit tipping aver, the Tip-over Restraint must be installed following these instructions exactly. STEP 8 Place unit at desired location. Mark wall with pencil just above and in-line with hole in Top (A). (See Figure 3) Move unit. Drill a 3/8" hole in wall 1 1/2* below mark. Insert Anchor into the wall hole and attach Restraint to Anchor with 1 1/2” Round Head Screw and Flat Washer.
( Assembly Instructions 7/10 ) Drawer (L) STEP 9 Attach Drawer Sides (L3), (L4) and Support (Lé) to Drawer Back {L2) with 1 1/4" Flat Head Screws. ( Assembly Instructions 9/10 ) STEP 15 Loosen slightly screws per-installed on back of drawer fronts. STEP Insert drawers into unt, then Ll 1 adjust drawer front panels left right and up or down unit drawer gaps look proportional. STEP 17 Pull each drawer open slowly, then re-tighten screws from Step 15. Make sure drawer front panels do not move and lock drawer front panels into position with 3/4" Flat Head Screws. Note: These 3/4" Flat Head Screws must be installed to complete the drawer assembly.
