The primary health hazard posed by this product is exposure to cellulose dust. See section 8.
Primary route of exposure (dust): Inhalation and/or eye contact.
Medical Conditions generally aggravated by exposure: Cellulose dust may aggravate existing respiratory
conditions or allergies.
Target Organs: Eyes and respiratory system
Signs or symptoms of exposure: Irritation or redness
Acute Health Hazard: Not applicable for product in purchased form. Dust may be a mechanical
irritant to the eyes.
Cellulose dust may pose a combustible dust explosion hazard if dust is sufficient concentration in an
enclosed area and in proximity to an ignition source. As supplied and shipped, this product does not
constitute a combustible dust explosive hazard.

Section 4 – First Aid Measures
Ingestion: Not applicable for product in purchased form.
Eye Contact: Dust may mechanically irritate the eyes, resulting in redness or watering. Treat dust in the
eye as a foreign object. Flush with water to remove dust particles. Get medical help if irritation
persists.
Skin Contact: No anticipated problem for product as purchased. Wash with water and mild soap.
Skin Absorption: Product is not absorbed through the skin
Inhalation: Excessive dust concentrations may cause dryness or unpleasant obstruction in the nasal
passages. Remove to fresh air. Get medical help if persistent irritation, severe coughing, or
breathing difficulty occurs.
