Dear valued customer,
We congratulate you for having purchased this lighting fixture. It is a high-quality
product and has been subjected to strict quality control by us. We will also provide
you with premium service and lifetime after-sale support guarantee.
The manufacturer warrants all its lighting fixtures against defects in materials and
workmanship for three (3) months from the date of purchase. If within this period the
product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, please contact the
manufacturer.

A copy of the original sales receipt will be required as proof of purchase. In addition,
you need to provide pictures or videos about the defects. The manufacturer will repair
or replace the product after mutual agreement with you.
Guarantee claims must be initiated without delay after gaining knowledge of the
defect within the warranty period.
Guarantee claims shall be excluded in case of damage from:
 Abusive or improper treatment or non-intended use
 Environmental influences (mo8/10/2023isture, heat, overvoltage,
dust, current or mains fluctuations, oxidized surfaces/flash rust that
can be polished off especially in coastal regions, etc.)
 Non-observance of the safety provisions applicable to the device
 Non-observance of the operating and assembly instructions
 Application of force (e.g., impact, shock, fall).
 Independent repair attempts
 Unauthorized repair or modification of products other than
adjustments specified in the product manual or written instructions
 Sending in packaging that is not safe for transport.
