Limited Warranty Information
Thank you for choosing a Hi-Line Gift Ltd. product! It is our goal to please with our vast array of products including; Fountains,
Statues, LED Lights & More. Our products are constructed with integrity from the highest quality materials. In the rare event
that you receive a product of sub standard quality we will send a replacement, at our discretion, within the warranty period. A
valid proof of purchase, with the purchase date clearly indicated, must be provided. Photo evidence of the item’s defect or
damage will also be required as part of the claim process. Please read below for warranty details:
Water Damage
Hi-Line Gift Ltd. products are not manufactured to withstand some extreme temperatures. Items
improperly stored in an area which allows water to accumulate and freeze is considered negligence on the
part of the end user, and therefore will not be covered under warranty. The use of caustic/corrosive
cleaners and “hard water” can affect the paint and finish of a product. Use of such cleaning methods will
void the warranty. Please note: for fountains, it is normal for some splashing to occur. The protection of
surfaces due to splashing does not fall under the responsibility of Hi-Line Gift Ltd.
Paint & Color (Retention/Loss)
To ensure the longevity of a product’s finish we recommend using a clear coat. This can aid with the effect
of extreme temperatures and time which Hi-Line Gift Ltd. is not liable for. The use of water will cause
natural erosion to the color. In the case of natural erosion the area can be touched up with standard
paint. The paint will aid to protect the entire finish against breakdown of color. All finishes with time will
gradually fade and discolor. The warranty will only cover against severe or complete fading within the
warranty timeline from date of purchase with the above exclusions.
Procedure/Service
Should a warranty/claim be needed, you should contact the retailer from whom you purchased the
product. If that is not possible you can contact Hi-Line Gift Ltd directly at ecom@hilinegift.com. Upon
contacting Hi-Line Gift Ltd you must be able to show proof of purchase, provide photographs and any
other information which might be necessary to validate your claim. This process is necessary to confirm
whether a full or partial replacement of the item is required. Some electronic items may only require a
replacement adaptor. The warranty does not cover multiples of the required part. If you wish to
purchase extra parts not covered in the warranty please contact the original selling party. If this is not an
option contact our customer service department. Item is covered under 1 year limited warranty from the
date of purchase.
Not Covered Under Warranty
The limited warranty will NOT cover cases of damages due to:
1) Damages caused in transit
2) Inadequate care and/or neglect
3) Environmental and/or natural elements
4) Immersion in water unless specified
5) Improper installation/Storage and/or Maintenance
6) Acts of God
The warranty is void if the product is has been modified or damaged by accident, negligence, misuse, improper installation
and/or modifications have occurred. This includes any and/or all defects arising out of freezing water damage, hard water
damage, failure to keep unit/item clean and free of harmful additives such as bleach, chlorine, and other corrosive substances
which affect the paint and/or parts. This warranty also does not cover any additional charges or installation, removal, disposal
and/or shipping costs or consequential damage associated with any warranty claim.
