5 Equipment installation Parts of the equipment are shown below. Please assemble it correctly following the instructions below. 1. Remove the packaging and check all the parts in the following figure included.
2. Insert gear shaft and make it occlude with the rack as shown in the following figure. Figure 3 – gear shaft installation 3. Set ratchet wheel on the gear shaft and fix it. Please pay attention to the direction as shown below.
4. Install handwheel on the gear shaft in the opposite direction to the ratchet wheel and tighten two screws with Allen wrench to connect the handwheel with the wheel. Set handle support on the gear shaft on one side of the ratchet wheel, press and hold the black ratchet wheel lock and push the support until near the ratchet wheel.
6. Set locking ring on the gear shaft, fix it and tighten the screws with Allen wrench. Figure 7 – locking ring installation 7. Insert handle into the handle support and tighten the screws on one side.
5.1 Sliding chute adjustment Adjustable bolts are installed on the front and side equipment for eliminating the space between the rack and sliding chute. The bolts are loosened or tightened to adjust the sliding chute before using. Figure 9 – sliding chute adjustment 6 Equipment use It is very simple to use the equipment: 1. The part to be suppressed is put on the positioning plate or the base of the equipment, please make sure the part is on the rack. 2.
