STEP 4:

Assembly the seat frame to the sling back frame

Assembly the seat frame to the armrest

SLING BACK FRAME, 1pcs

RIGHT ARM, 1 pcs

1/4” X 70 MM BOLT, 2 pcs

1/4” X 22 MM BOLT, 8 pcs

LIFT ARM. 1 pcs

SLING SEAT FRAME, 1 pcs

6.5 X 6 MM PLASTIC WASHER, 2 pcs

6.5 X 1.0 MM WASHER, 10 pcs

PVC BOLT COVER, 10 pcs

1/4” NUT, 2 pcs

PVC NUT COVER, 2 pcs

HEX WRENCH, 1 pcs

HEX BOLT DRIVER, 1 pcs

Same as show on the picture Fig.2, attach the seat frame to the armrest by

inserting bolt(F) through the guides into the holes in the armrest

frame. Hand tighten only. Repeat above procedure for another side. Then Using

the hex bolt drive, tighten all bolts.

Same as show on the picture Fig.3, from behind the chaise lounge, guide the 1/4"

X 70 MM BOLT(E) with φ6.5 X 1.0 MM WASHER(H) from the outside of the lower side

frame through the hole. Add a plastic washer and guide through the hole in the lower

portion of the back frame. Add a nut to the end of the bolt. Hand tighten 3-4 revolutions

only. Do not tighten completely at this time! Repeat on the opposite side. Then Using the

hex bolt driver and hex wrench provided, tighten all nuts and bolts.

Same as show on the picture Fig.1&2, attach the seat frame(B) to the right arm(C) by inserting

1/4" X 22 MM BOLT(F) through the guides into the holes in the right arm. Hand tighten only.

Repeat above procedure for another side. Then Using the hex bolt drive, tighten all bolts.
