Attaching the back frame

Tightening the bolts

□ Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the right arm (C2).

□ After making any necessary adjustments to the alignment of

the chair, use the hex bolt driver (AA) to tighten all bolts (BB

and CC). Tighten each bolt a few revolutions at a time. In order

to apply equal pressure to all bolt joints, we recommend

working in a cross corner (X) pattern. Repeat until all bolts are

tight. Do not over tighten. Over tightening may strip the bolts.

Cover all bolts with bolt covers (EE). See the Step 2 illustration

for proper placement of the bolt covers (EE).

Attaching the seat frame

□ Attach the seat frame (B) to the left arm (C1) by using four

1/4 in. x 30mm bolts (CC) and Ø6.5 x 1.0 mm washer (DD).

□ Guide the bolts through the holes in the seat frame (B) and

into pre-drilled holes in the left arm (C1).

□ Hand tighten only.

□ Attach the back frame (A) to the left arm (C1) by using one

1/4 in. x 20mm bolts (BB) and Ø6.5 x 1.0mm washers (DD).

□ Hand tighten only.
