Exclusions – Furniture Division
Pacific Casual LLC (Pacific Casual) warrants, to the original retail purchaser only, our products to be free
from defects in materials or workmanship for the period specified above. Defecve products must be
returned or shipped prepaid with proof of purchase to the Pacific Casual warehouse in California (freight
collect will be refused). Prior to returning any Pacific Casual product or parts for warranty inspecon,
the original retail purchaser must obtain wrien authorizaon from a Pacific Casual customer service
representave at
the phone number listed below or by wring to the Pacific Casual customer service
department listed below.
Aer inspecon, if it is verified the unit was defecve in materials or workmanship during the warranty
period then Pacific Casual will, at its opon, repair or replace this product at no addional charge. If the
model is no longer available or cannot be repaired effecvely, Pacific Casual reserves the right to
substute items of our choice similar in style and quality. In no event shall Pacific Casual's responsibility
e
xceed the value of the replacement product.
This warranty excludes the following: general frame rusng; glass breakage; acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire
or freeze); damage caused by improper assembly, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence and
commercial use; discoloraon or fading of the finish or fabric as a result of exposure to the elements.
As some states do not allow exclusions or limitaons on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and
limitaons may not apply. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights
which
vary from state to state.
