5 Screw the central hinge joints onto the cabinet flap which comes in 2 parts. Design for aluminum frame profile. Design for particle board and MDF board.
6 Screw flap supports onto bottom part of cabinet flap. Design for aluminum frame profile. M4x16 (DIN 965) max. ø 4x16 M4x10 ISO 7045 (DIN 7985) Flap support with long-hole for 20 mm Aluminum frame profile (included in SET, needs to be stated on order, otherwise “Standard” is being delivered.
Design for particle board and MDF board. Flap support for wood-, particle board and MDF board or wide frames as of 40 mm.
7 Pre-mount hinge joints on the top of cabinet flap according to the manufacturer’s specifications. 8 Screw on the right and left base fixing plate.
9 Screw on senso-fitting. The fitting can be used for both sides (right and left)! Please Note The lifting arm of the senso frame must be in the open position (supply condition), otherwise there is a risk of injury. Fitting is under spring tension.
10 Insert the cabinet flap into the hinge joints and fix securely. We recommend Cross-mounting plates with three mounting holes. 11 Insert lifting arms (open position) into flap supports and secure with bolt.
12 Adjust flap, if necessary. (Fitting is pre-set by factory) X X X The adjustment of the center pulling-in of the flaps is done through the Exenter-screw (see scale). SW 8 , The adjustment of the final stop (abt. 12 mm) pre-set by the factory, is done through the stop-screw.To do this pull the lifting-arm / flap slightly downwards. min. 9 mm max.
max. kg The power-adjustment for the flapweight is done through the hexagonal screwnut. (See scale) To do this pull lifting arm / flap downwards and adjust as shown. max. 20 mm min. SW 4 If everything has been adjusted correctly the flap will stop in any position from abt. 20 cm opening on. 13 Install the housing-cover.
14 Choosing the correct senso-model The correct model of the senso results from the height and weight of the flaps. See chart.
