PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
H&C® CONCRETEREADY® Concentrated Cleaner/Degreaser is
a concentrated heavy-duty cleaner that will remove most
automotive fluids (oil, grease, brake fluid, transmission fluid,
gear fluid and antifreeze) from concrete and masonry surfaces.
Its primary use is to degrease and prepare concrete, block,
rick, and masonry prior to applying H&C® COLORTOP™ Water
or Solvent- Based Concrete Stains or Sealers and other
coatings.

RECOMMENDED USES
H&C CONCRETEREADY Concentrated Cleaner/Degreaser is
formulated for use on concrete and masonry surfaces
including Stadium Supports, Bridges and Bridge Structures,
Parking Garages, Pavers, Patios and Walkways, Pool Decks,
Concrete Driveways, Garage Floors, Block & stucco walls,
Athletic courts and other concrete surfaces.
COVERAGE RATES
Coverage: 100 sq. ft. per gallon at 50/50 dilution.
Coverage will vary depending on the texture and porosity of
the surface.
JOBSITE TEST SECTION
Due to the wide variety of substrates, preparation methods,
application methods and environments, it is important to
create a test sample.
LIMITATIONS
H&C CONCRETEREADY Concentrated Cleaner/Degreaser is
not recommended for asphalt.

 Stiff broom
 Garden hose with a pressure washer nozzle
 Bucket
INSTRUCTIONS
Mixing Instructions: H&C CONCRETEREADY Concentrated
Cleaner/Degreaser is highly concentrated. For best results,
dilute with hot water. This will improve the product’s
effectiveness and reduce clean-up time. Diluteproduct based
on the condition of the surface to be cleaned. For light to
moderately soiled surfaces dilute 64 oz. (1/2 gal.) of H&C
CONCRETEREADY Degreaser with 64 oz. (1/2 gal.) of water.
For more heavily soiled areas, use product at full strength.
Application Method:
Sweep away loose dirt and scrape off excess grease and oil
Dilute solution according to surface condition. Sprinkle
solution onto surface in 10’x10’ sections (a standard garden
sprinkling can works well)
Allow to penetrate for 5-6 minutes. Scrub the entire concrete
surface with a stiff bristle broom or deck brush. Thoroughly
rinse the surface using clean water and a garden hose. After
the surface has dried, check for any trouble spots (glossy, oily,
etc.) by applying a few drops of water. (If the water does not
penetrate quickly,repeat the application over these
spots.)
Thoroughly rinse H&C CONCRETEREADY Etching Solution off
of the Allow surface to dry completely (18-24 hours
recommended) before applying any stains or sealers.
