Quality Policy
It is the policy of GRK Fasteners Ltd. to provide top quality fasteners that require no
predrilling, suitable for all applications and provide strength and finishing that customers and
construction codes require.
GRK Fasteners ("GRK") warrants to the first retail purchaser that its Climatek™ coated and
PHEINOX™ stainless steel screws will not rust under normal environmental conditions when used in
accordance with the recommendations listed in GRK's Screw Selection Guide for the life of your
project.
This warranty is not transferable.
GRK is not responsible for product failure caused by the improper use or installation of its own or
other building materials. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of alteration, accident,
misuse, neglect, reuse, worn building materials or use not in accordance with the Screw Selection
Guide.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective screws only.
To obtain service under this warranty, the original purchaser must return defective screws, photos of
the project in which failure occurred, and purchase receipt from the retailer at which the screws were
bought to:
