Pre-Installation PLANNING INSTALLATION □ Unpack your medicine cabinet carefully, and close the sink drain to prevent any dropped parts from falling into the drain. □ Before installing your medicine cabinet, decide whether you want to install your cabinet using a surface or a recess mount and determine which direction you want the door to open. □ For a recessed mount installation, you do not install the side mirrors. Additional framing may be required to secure the cabinet.

Installation - Surface Mounting Only 1a Installing the bottom bracket 2a Installing the top clips WARNING: If installing the cabinet on drywall or other hollow wall applications, the bottom mounting bracket (F) and top clips (II) must be fastened to studs, headers, or other structural wall members. The included plastic wall anchors are intended for use with solid wall applications only (tile or concrete). DO NOT USE WITH DRYWALL OR OTHER HOLLOW WALL APPLICATIONS.
Installation - Surface Mounting Only 3a Preparing the side mirror brackets 4a Attaching the side mirrors □ Attach four side mirror brackets (KK) to the cabinet (C) sides with screws (AA) and washers (EE). Cover the screw heads with snap caps (DD). □ Adhere the side mirror bracket tape (JJ) to the side mirror brackets (KK) as shown. Make sure the bracket (KK) surface is clean. □ Remove the paper on the side mirror bracket tape (JJ), and stick the side mirrors (B) to the side mirror brackets (KK).
Installation - Recess Mounting Only 1bCut away the drywall 2bFrame out the wall cavity □ Mark the opening size of the framing. NOTE: For recess mount, do not install side mirrors and brackets. □ Construct rough opening as illustrated. □ Cut away the drywall. The rough opening dimension is 19-1/5 in. x 25-2/5 in. x 3-7/8 in.. 19-1/5 in 25-2/5 in 3bMounting the cabinet into a recess □ Insert the cabinet (C) into the rough opening and make sure the cabinet is level and plumb.
Installation - Hinge Adjustment 1c Hinge installation NOTE: Two people may be needed to perform this installation. □ Depth adjustment is made without loosening any screw. The door can be moved in or out by rotating the cam adjuster on the hinge arm.
