Setting the delay time
An SOS emergency call is initiated after 5 seconds as standard. You can
change the delay time.
Possible values: Imme
diately, 10 sec, 5 sec
¤ Menu ¤ SOS Setting ¤ OK ¤ SOS-Call ¤ OK ¤ Call waiting time
¤ OK ¤ Use to select the required delay time ¤ OK ( = selected)
SOS SMS
In addition to SOS calls, you can also send SOS text messages (SMS). A
standard text is specified. You can change this text. If the function is enabled,
the text messages are sent to the emergency numbers defined.
Enabling/disabling SMS notification
¤ Menu ¤ SOS Setting ¤ OK ¤ SOS-SMS ¤ OK ¤ SOS-SMS status
¤ OK ¤ Select On/Off ¤ OK
Entering the SMS text
If you do not enter your own text, standard text is used.

¤ OK . . . The standard text is displayed
Changing the standard text:
¤ Change ¤ Remove existing text with the display key Clear ¤ Enter the
required text
