Vinyl Drywall Arched Corner Bead form fits almost any arch, curve or radius
to provide rigid corner edge protection.

Description: Arched Vinyl Corner Bead is extruded PVC outside corner trim, designed to finish
rough drywall ends. This product provides gypsum panel edge protection that reinforces gypsum
corners on sweeping radius windows and doors. The notched flange adapts to virtually any
radius condition and both simplify and enhance the finishing of drywall panel assemblies.
Installation: Arched Vinyl corner bead form fits almost any curve or radius to provide rigid
corner edge protection. Multiple perforations along flanges and notches enhance compound and
veneer plaster bonding. The Drywall Arch Corner Bead is pre-notched to facilitate the curving of
this bead during installation. In addition to nail or staple fastening, an adhesive should be used to
secure arch tabs to gypsum board.

Material: This product is made from rustproof, dent-resistant PVC .0625 (1/16”) PVC (Poly
Vinyl Chloride) for added corrosion protection so that it will last over the life of the structure.
