1. Fasten air flow pipe to blower housing with four 5/16” flat washer and four 5/16” x 3/4 inch-long screws. (10-850CFM) Fasten air flow pipe to blower housing with four 3/8” flat washer and four 3/8” x 3/4 inch-long screws. (10-875CFM) 4. Put the rubber gasket material around the outer edge of Cyclone separator and continue until a complete circle. Make sure the rubber gasket hole fit on flange hole. (10-850CFM &10-875CFM) 2.
7. Assemble one leg section to blower housing and fasten with four 3/8" x 1 inch-long screw, four 3/8" flat washers. Place one support bracket on the inside of two upper legs.
14. Attach the remaining brackets and lower legs to upper legs assemblies in the same manner. (10-850CFM & 10-875CFM) 17. Attach the L-type hanger (right) to the mounting holes on the blower housing, as shown, using two 5/16” x 1 inch long screws and two 5/16” flat washers. (10-850CFM) 15. Put the rubber gasket material around the outer edge of ø 8” outlet and continue until a complete oblong. Make sure the rubber gasket hole fit on flange hole. (10-850CFM & 10-875CFM) 16.
20. Connect the two flexible hose 8” to the outlet / inlet port and secure in place with the 8” hose clamp as shown. (10-850CFM & 10-875CFM) 23. Position the 5 inch x 4 holes inlet housing to 9 inch inlet of blower housing. Align holes in inlet housing with pre-drilled holes in inlet and fasten with three pan head screws. (10-850CFM) 21. Connect the handle to the center of cartridge filter and secure in place with the 5/16"x3/4" HEX SCREW as shown. (10-850CFM & 10-875CFM) 22.
26.Attach the casters to the bottom of the lower collection drum,using four 3/8”ǘ16 hex nuts,eight 3/8” flat washers, and four 3/8” lock washers. (10-850CFM & 10-875CFM) 27.Install the three drum latches,with six 10-24ǘ 3/8”Phillips head screws and six 10-24 hex nuts.use the remaining six 10-24ǘ3/8” Phillips head screws and six 10-24 hex nuts to plug the lower latch mounting holes. (10-850CFM & 10-875CFM) 29.Insert the rubber seal over the top lip of the drum rim.
32.Before assembling the flexible hose ensure that the ȶ1” plugs are removed from the vacuum tube and drum 35. Using two ȶ1”×1700 ϩˣȶ 2” flexible hose and two ȶ 1”clamps and ȶ2”clamps connect the lower collection drum assemblies to the manifold. Assemble manifold on the one lower leg with two 3/8”ǘ 1inch-long screws,two 3/8” flat washer. (10-875CFM) 33.Assemble the 1”ǘ1700 ϩ flexible hose with the 1”clamps.(10-850CFM) Assemble the two 1”ǘ1700 ϩ flexible hose with the 1”clamps.(10-875CFM) 36.
