Product Description:
General Finishes Water Base Dye Stains exhibit excellent
transparency, color, & clarity. They dye stains are ready-
to-use and provide superior color punch and brilliance to
woodworking projects.
Designed with application versatility, they may be applied
as a SPRAY-NO WIPE stain, or be wiped-off if desired.
The optimized formulation minimizes lapping and striking,
allowing easy no-wipe application techniques.
General Finishes Dye Stains are non-flammable. They
may be added to any of our water base finishes for easy
toning and shading. They may be intermixed with any of
General Finishes stain lines for custom color matches.
Application:
Spray: Use a 0.043” - 0.051” nozzle & tip. Minimize air and
fluid pressure for SPRAY-NO WIPE applications and layer
on stain. Wiping applications may be applied liberally,
then wiped with a paper towel or cloth.
Hand apply with a clean synthetic or foam brush or rag,
and remove excess stain with a clean paper towel or rag.
